Well aparently ( I was CLUELESS) ONLY ANDREW CAN TALK ABOUT C.C.V. EVEN THOUGH IM HIS CSM AND WAS ONLY DOING THIS TO HELP YOU THE CUSTOMER. ECF ALMOST BANNED ME FOR DOING SO. I HOPE I DONT GET BANNED FOR THIS POST BUT THOUGHT I MIGHT LET YOU ALL KNOW WHATS UP. SORRY ECF AND C.C.V. CUSTOMERS ILL DO WHAT I CAN TO GET THE INFO YOU GUYS NEED TO YOU BUT AT THIS POINT MY HANDS ARE KINDA TIED. J

Yep, you have to be registered as a Supplier Associate in order to speak on behalf of the Supplier. :)

I know there is a lot of bad shipping experiences going on, but I do want to post a good one to the mix.
I ordered on 1/3 it was shipped on 1/10 and I rec'd it on 1/12. It did take a week to actually ship, but compared to others in thread, I feel it is better than most. I just ordered 3 boxes of black Res.

Yes, I have been "warned", and as an adult, who has had no problem with the service I receive from CCV, I will ignore the "warning", and keep on ordering like I have been. When it happens, if it does, that I don't receive a package from CCV, I will look back, realize that I was warned, and feel real bad that I ignored the warning.

    Maybe Andrew can send out an email blast to all the registered users on his website addressing any concerns and to ask for anyone who has not received their orders to contact him?

    Just trying to help! I know if I were waiting on an order placed weeks ago, I'd want some sort of communication. Not all registered users are subscribed to this thread.

    Don't take it as absolute fact, but it seems even those of us who got a ship notice for Monday got caught up in the syringe fiasco and our orders were held up. A simple email reply or a post here clearly explaining that would've been much appreciated by all of us I'm sure.

    CAN NOT RESPOND ABOUT C.C.V. .......ecf RULES ......I was nearly banned... sorry and sunday is my only day to myself . Sorry bout the CAPS but Ive never really thought too much about caps and how they offend or make people feel like Im yelling or somethin,anyway my bad.

CUSTOMERS.....I apoligise for not being here on the thread but obviously their are a few issues I need to address. 1st off, everyone needs to understand I can not type back and forth all day on this thread and get orders out the door,you cant have your cake and eat it to. You either want your orders or you want me to type on the thread. I just cant do both anymore,theirs too many orders. And as far as ALL the other issues....well lets see,I've got a ex-employee who sent out,I don't know how many emails now saying your orders have shipped and not a 1 of them was even packed,shes screwed up my software to a degree I don't even know whats what. I have no clue of the orders that haven't been shipped until you the customer makes me aware of it then I try to make it up to those people by throwing extra boxes of cartos or juice and if thats not enough I refund their money that second. I have attorneys blowing my phone up about these filling syringes that I paid for out of my own pocket by the thousands just to GIVE AWAY (in most cases) so everyone would stop burning up cartos. People Im practically in a wheelchair on disability from my auto accident in 87, for the prices I sell these products for Im really not making squat when it comes down to how much I give away. Then we have the Chinese holidays that really messed us up with stock and waiting on items to get here when its over,then we have the postal service shutting down for holidays and losing quite a few orders in the process. I have emails about customer service being bad so after all the bad employees that have hurt my business more than helped it I finally find a guy whos actually helping and getting things done the best he can even with the limitations set on him by certain things and you all crucify him. It kinda reminds me of the scene in "MY COUSIN VINNIE", how much more crap can be piled up here. We are getting hit from every angle here in more ways than one and still pushing forward the best way we know how. We are very sorry for the recent delays. If Jeremy hasn't responded to your emails its because we are just simply unable to get his IP address synced up with the email database(another problem my previous help made) So from here out please go to your account at C.C.V. and create a ticket if you have ANY issues and Jeremy will get with you to get you taken care of. Hes been checking the crm messages 2-3 times a day and responding immediately and is helping me a great deal. That is the best way to get the results your all looking for at the current time so use that option to communicate please. Once again we are very sorry for all the recent delays but they are temporary and things will get back to normal soon. Andrew

    Andrew, I can't speak for anyone but myself when I say the above message posted days ago would've eliminated a lot of my issues. When someone says "I respond within 24 hours" but people are sitting waiting for 48-72 hours or longer..well I think you can see where the problem comes in. It takes 30 seconds to hit reply and say "I don't have that info, but I'll get it ASAP and get it to you". If Monday the 9th shipping notice orders were caught up in this fiasco then a simple message stating as much would go a long way.

    Andrew, you know I have been a loyal customer from the beginning and hope to continue as one. I would like to make the following recommendations. I know Jeremy is trying to help and I commend him, it would be best if he applied to be a supplier associate so he can speak on behalf of the company. If not his hands here are tied per ECF policy. Also his replying in all caps was a bit childish, not a good customer service attitude to represent the company. The whole "Sunda is MY DAY TO MYSELF" comment is not ver professional.

    I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get all of this sorted out as I'm sure it is a mess. Keep your head up and push through buddy. Hopefully my comments do not offend, but raise some awareness.

    Your bout 1/2 correct, in order for Jeremy to be a supplier associate, i would have to be a forum supplier, there's a 2+ year waiting list for that, besides I'm not going to be selling cartos by 5 packs in 2 years,,,by then going to be 5,000 carto minimum purchase. Someone else will be running CCV then. CCW is my next venture crystal clear wholesales.
