Everyone is more than fully aware that you are unhappy, you have made your point, several times. A post to promote a competing vendor in a vendor's thread says a lot more about the poster than the vendor. And what it says pays you no compliments. We all know there are other vendors out there, we all do business with the vendors we prefer, Some of us, a good many of us in fact prefer CCV. Oh, and "Peace" doesn't make it any better.

Well goods news, actually great news, as of right now 2:30pm 1/13 I can tell everyone ALL ORDERS placed before our "TEMPORARY" closing will be packed,labeled,and shipped out by MONDAY AFTERNOON. But this does come with 1 or 2 requests. Please keep in mind this is to help your orders get shipped out to you Monday,every phone call andrew answers puts another 2 or 3 packages another day out. I am one of the faithful CCV customers who's on the disappointed side a bit. I ordered on Jan 2nd, got a ship notice (with no tracking #) on the 9th and here I am on the 14th still without my order. If I could get a reply to just one of my emails, sent to the support address, giving me a tracking number I wouldn't be sitting here just on the other side of perturbed :/ I know, business blossomed, but keeping me in the loop would go a long way to eliminating that feeling that my order's "out the door" so it doesn't matter that it hasn't gotten here.

Same Here. Ordered on the 1st, received ship notice on the 9th with no tracking, and nothing received so far... and I live in Illinois.. Shipping usually take 2 days to get here. If the order is not received by Tuesday, I will have to rethink what is going on. I would have rather not received a shipping notice if my order was not really shipped.

Dang it. My very first ECF post was right-bad omen. Ordered an e power 14650 on the 28th. Got a shipping notice on the 3rd with no tracking #. Started seeing more and more posts on the forum about all the problems CCV was having and negative issues with 14650 switch being a total crap shoot. Decided to cut CCV some slack because all of the loyal rabid fan customers (LOL) pleading his case. Wish I was one of those too. Sent an email on the 12th and received a reply the next day from Jeremy from a no reply to robo thingy saying he hoped the USPS was just being slow, but that I should call the number on the web site asap just in case mine was one of the 40 ish orders that batched before packaging blah blah blah. So I call the number today an get a voice message to email Jeremy. As everyone here knows, the online store is closed till Mon. And to top it all off the moderator here deleted all Jeremy the customer service guys posts. Stuff's just piling up. I actually feel bad for Andrew. He's probably loosing his mind over all this. Unfortunately me thinks it may be getting close to cancel the order time. Will have to start mod researching over again. Uhg.:headbang:

    I thought it was underhanded, excuse the disrespect, that he was taking credit for being CCV after all of the hard work Andrew has put into the business anyway! NOT good business in my humble opinion when he was saying he was on Skype 95% of the day YET we couldn't call?? How was being on Skype 95% of the day not wasting Andrews time also?

    I miss the old "Andrew, the over and beyond guy" of the past. I also find it strange that Andrew isn't here addressing all of these issues himself!

    Just a loyal fan of the past wishing for our great supplier to be able to regroup and draw his faithful back into the fold again.

    So do I, 6 of last 15 resurrectors *so far* were only giving burnt...so I hope next day shipping starts to come back if I need to start buying quick replacements

    Krispers, just for giggles, what device are you using them on? I'm using mine on a glv2 and using two 3.6 volt batts gives me a burnt taste. If I use two 3 volt batts they taste fine. Thanks for any feedback.

    I just got to my last box of Resurrectors - which would normally last me another couple of weeks - and 4 of those so far are the burnt ones :(.

    I have them on my REO mini (3.7).

    I know I said when this happened with my last order that I would save them and return them, but I just don't have the heart to do that now with all the problems Andrew is facing. It's not his fault really.
