Caliburn G help

Hi. Have had no problems with the regular caliburn system. Just got the G model and have had it stop working. I had it in my pocket with the regular model and I think it kept firing. Figured I ruined the coil so I put in new one. Took awhile but it started to work again. Then it stopped again. Then it started working again. Is item defective or could it be the coil! Thinking I’m over my head using the coils. But why would I have no problems with the coils in the regular caliburn.

I've had my Caliburn G for about a month. Check that the coil is inserted properly in the pod. Also check the bottom of the pod for any e-liquid or foreign material on the coil's contact. With the pod removed, look down into the recess where the two electrical contacts are located. Ensure that no dirt or pocket lint is covering the contacts. Depending on when and from whom you purchased the device, it may be under warranty.
