OK so i was explaining my blu to my 3 yr old.... she doesn't understand why she can't have a turn playing with mommies new blue flashlight lol ...
I had one already set up and showed her how it gets put together with the spare atomizer other battery and another cart. so I'm sitting here with 2 e-ciggs and think - I wonder what would happen if I sucked on both at the same time.
:vapor:OMG exactly like a real analog. wow i'm stunned... i am in the process of ordering a 510/901/801 have not decided yet. I'm still going to but this will help to eliminate any analogs at all. When i get that overwhelming urge for an analog i can just use both at the same time for a couple puffs . :p anyone else tried this?

I started doing that yesterday, and it's a great hit, but I don't know how good of an idea it is to do it all the time. :)

Yea, if you're using the blu batteries, but if you're using the eGo battery, it's probably not a good idea to do it that often. eGo batteries last much longer than the little blu batteries do before needing to be recharged. The blu battery will lose some of its power within the first 15 minutes to 2 hours, if they even last that long. I've never used a blu, but I've used a Volcano, which is similar to the blu. My Volcano became completely worthless within the first two weeks after I bought it. It lasts for about 10 minutes now, so I quit using the Volcano after the first 1½ weeks and have only bought eGo batteries since then.

Holy :censored:... I have 1 ego with 36mg menthol, another ego 24mg Wyatt Earp. Taste AWESOME together! However, two drags of both at the same almost knocked me over. I will have to take a vape break.. BUZZ. (experiment at your own risk)

roflmao i know right :D

and to deback

yes the blu batts are fine last a couple hours when i'm out and about but when i'm home the last maybe an hour.... i also find myself having to switch the attys back and forth... if one gets to hot i switch it out. Which is why i'm in the market for a new "blue flashlight"

Check out the threads about the eGo battery. The battery life is much longer than any of the 510 batteries, and the eGo batteries use 510 parts, such as cartomizers and atomizers.

Sounds like you need LR attys or 5v.

The 5 volt passthroughs produce too much heat for my mouth (and actually burn the inside of my mouth), but when I vape two eGo batteries (one on the left side of my mouth and one on the right side of my mouth), the heat isn't too much, and the throat hit is double the normal hit. I'm not doing that too often, but it's good for a quick nic hit.

I need pictures of this madness! The hilarity going on in my head because of this thread is just too much for me!

I'm actually seriously considering getting an ego.... at first i dismissed it b/c it's funky looking but.... after reading a lot of reviews it seems like it will be my best bet. so come on pay day.

It's funny what you think is important before you vape then once you start vaping your priorities take a u-turn.

I thought i wanted something that looked and felt like a cigg cosmetically ... now all I'm concerned about is the vapor/taste/hit

It could look like I was sucking on a pig's nose but if it hit good with good vape and taste I would so do it lol

OK
Yeah, if you already have a mini I would personally buy the Ego. That way you can use both as you see fit...

The Blu may actually last a while - if you rarely use it...lol. Same thing i do with my 4081 models. i use them once in a while. Why? I am not exactly sure...just do.

Liberty Flights had a deal on EGO yesterday - $40 bucks. But they limited it to 50 and they were gone very quickly...

Toritha, you should get an eGo or Riva. And you're absolutely right about initial concerns. The vapor, taste & hit are what it's all about. I couldn't hold my 510 like an analog anyway, since it was manual.

Another tip, if you want HUGE vapor...de-bridge & de-wick your atty (assuming it's a Joye 510). Do your first try with a used atty, in case it gets fubar. You can find how to do it in the Tip & Tricks forum.

I got a kick out of your comments in the quote. I got out my old Volcano batteries the other day (the ones that are very similar to blu), tried them for a few minutes and found they're still lasting only about 10 minutes before losing power and needing a recharge. I might not ever get them out again.

I debridged and dewicked my atomizer the other day and didn't notice any increase in vapor. I thought vapor is mainly created from the VG (vegetable glycerine) in the liquid. I realize an atomizer is necessary to heat the liquid, which creates the vapor, but taking out the bridge and mesh didn't get me any more vapor.
