@kimmy. I put an o-ring in the slots where the cartos are loose. Tightens them up real good. no more slippage.

You HAVE to have some o-rings from old cartos. If you need a few, PM Me

Well, I am glad some of you liked my layout, but many are possible, that was just the simplest one to do.

I just wanted to visually show what could be done with the space into the current XL case. But I like ninja's idea to, just being able to have access to the right foam insert maybe even a blank one we can make our own config with would be really nice.

Ok folks,

Here is a simple one that has worked out well for me:

First, take a bubble wrap bag that came with one of your V4L shippments and cut out a piece to fit perfectly inside the XL case. Be sure to cut along a seam so that you end up with a doubled up section of the bag. Use caps on the carts and place your bubble blanket in the case before closing. When its time to open the case to get at the goods, everything will be where it's supposed to be!

My XL case works fine! They sometimes hang on barely but as long as you're somewhat gentle, I don't see a problem!

I see now what you're say Mabbo. (I got one of these cases yesterday.) Its a nice case, but the foam inside, sorry to say, does suck. I will be searching for some nice foam to make my own mod as well. I like your set up.

Too bad it isn't long enough to incorporate the pcc charge unit. I would like to find a case where you could charge the XL batteries.

I really like your layout Mabbo The only thing that would be better would be a layout that also had a spot for a 5ml bottle of juice.

My XL only leaves the house when I am traveling for more than a couple days. I fill up the space between top and bottom with 10-20 cartos and keep the XL bats on top to avoid fall outs. I like to show it off that way so I can ask if folks want to taste my rainbow
