Just curious- Do opinions go into publication/print or just stay on the website?
Would rather prefer both to be true.
Can't answer that question for sure ...
However, we do live in a "Virtual Word" where most would rather
"click" than read a publication in print.

Speaking for myself ... There are so many lies in print,
I'm sure many go to Google to find out what people
in the "Real World" have to say on the subject.
:)

The Examiner is a conservative paper given away for free at subway stations. About 6 months ago, somebody started delivering the Sunday edition in our neighborhood without asking for any payment.

Is it just a matter of coincidence that when I accessed the story, an advertisement for Blu Cigs appeared across the top of the screen?

Guess it was serendipity. I just clicked the link again and a different ad (for Internet, phone, and TV) appeared.

Google is able to see browsing history and caters ads around your (supposed) interests, so it's no coincidence. It's can be anything from extremely accurate to very generic based on your browsing. For instance, I often get Amazon ads showing items I have looked at recently.

The banner ad at the top of the page rotates ...
So if you close the page and go back ... You will
probably see a different banner.

I tried looking at the page several times
and each time ... a different banner.

I have to admit the headline ... wonderful !!!
Calling the FDA's bluff and saving smokers

The movement has come a long way in just the last year.
And its "snow-balling"
:p

Brilliant commentary.

My favorite -
...the international tobacco control treaty of 2003 (the World Health Organization Framework Convention on tobacco Control) specifically urges governments not to investigate these nearly harmless and beneficial products, but to ban them first and develop reasons later.
