Quite simple to undertake and submit. Much easier to simply type in Word and browse for file name and load. The regulation is in itself quite a bizarre series of well it might, maybe, and so on. Seems awfully written and good comments will possibly have some effect. As I noted, they are basically regulating oral perfume.

A survey is being conducted on the DOT proposal to ban e-cigarette usage on airlines by an airline consumers rights organization at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QQ2TPG7

I also urge folks to take the survey, oppose the propose ban, and cited "insufficient evidence of harm" as the reason for opposing it.
