i noticed some juice had gotten next to the prong in my battery so i tried to gently clean it with a q-tip,when the rubber o-ring popped out...now,with a tank on it, the light stays a dim blue until i unscrew it and it never will fire the coil... its a small 650mah ego batt that i got with my $50 starter kit... i will post pics if needed but i figured you guys are smart enough about this to not need one... any info would be of help

this is a short video i made explaining it...

I was going to suggest cutting it once and then wrapping it underneath the center post of the battery. If you can't get it to fit correctly, you might want to try gently prying up the center post of your battery with a paperclip or small screwdriver. Remember, be gentle and you can lift it up enough to get the O ring back underneath.

It won't work without it.

obviously when you screw clearo on it makes a short (light flashes)

suggest a couple of toothpicks
dry wood won't short or harm

5 clk battery off

lay oring down on top, then toothpick on either side
try and capture an edge of oring underneath the rim of center post
run around the groove...

find something to hold oring (once you get an edge underneath)
and fanaggle it around - should kinda snap in
then finish poking it in with toothpick...

well you'll have to try harder because that's all that will fix it

it has to be isolated (POS from NEG)

how in the world did it ever come out ?

did you try a little juice as lube ?

try like others said, look around your house for that something
JUST the right size to fit in with oring around it, then slide/roll it off

pen pencil drill bit shank straw wittle a piece of wood

I am sure you could superglue it. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST IT! The possibility of getting superglue to cover the positive pin would be very good. Then your working backup just went right back to broken.

put a spare tank on it to test it for about an hour and all was good till i took it off to charge it and the o-ring came right back off... getting ill at it and thinking bout throwing it away and buying a new one now...

If you do buy something else or joyetech ego c twist (the one you have is most likely a copy/clone). This is where I bought mine 9 months ago and they are still working fine. Joyetech Joye eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 1000mAh Battery

They are genuine oem partners and have their logo on the bottom (for return purposes MVS). You might find a coupon for them here and they have starter kits as well. Surevapes.com has them as well with free shipping in US over $10 so it may end up cheaper.

I do notice at 9 months they are starting to die slightly faster than they did before. But I'm hard on my stuff and after grabbing a mod I just use them mostly as backup or easy to carry when out of the house vape device. Good luck.
