I read Mike all the scary bits about snorning and sleep apnea. He promised to hook up his cpap machine today. He got a new model from the V.A. last week but has yet to use it. The tech called here to tell me she needs him to use it or else he can start lugging an oxygen machine around!

So he is in his room putting it together and I hear cussing and slamming. He has it mostly done but it is beeping. What does he do? he keeps pushing buttons! yeah that's the ticket..keep pushing buttons because that has worked so well!

I threw the instructions at him and left! He is still cussing and button pushing! Now he can't figure out how to open the water well!

The question is: if I can't kill him because I look awful in orange..can I at least shove him in the trunk?

You did the right thing, as usual....let him keep pushing the buttons.
Today my DH was hitting the enter button so fast he hung up the computer. With the corresponding language and slamming and pushing things off the desk. (Those were all his stuff, in piles, like usual! Ha! Now he has to pick it all up I will not.)
Maybe tomorrow I'll get a brand new one that doesn't do that! Right. Now I need at least a new keyboard. This one is cracked now. Just cannot wait one minute. And please don't try to explain the instructions, or else!! That diverts attention to you, and when they're mad that won't be too smart.
You could maybe talk to him about being in a trunk if he stops breathing. May help. Or not.

Gotta get him on it MK...tell him that you're worried his going to go '.... up' on you and leave YOU to clean up all his 'stuff'. Then cry a lot. Worked on Brian.

AND, tell him that, if things go down there how they've gone up here, he could end up with his drivers license pulled! They're starting that in Ontario after it was discovered just HOW sleep deprived most men with sleep apnea really ARE! It CAN be a danger for them to be on the road, so if you've been given a machine, you MAY have been reported to the DMV..
