Can I bring e juice on international flight?

Hi guys, I live in San Francisco and I'm going to Hong Kong next month. Can I bring e-juice in my check-in baggage? Thanks !

from what Ive read, you can have a small supply for personal use.... dont try to sell or buy any while there.... most people carry the juice on them when traveling.

It is illegal in Hong Kong but from what Ive heard and read a small amount for personal use is overlooked. It falls under there drug rules since its classified as a delivery system

I was travelling across Can and U.S and wasn't sure about this either...even the device...I kept it in my luggage.
