Can I carry my vaping stuff to indonesia?

Good day my fellow vapers, Im Jay Caputero from philippines I will travel to indonesia this coming december 5 2016. Can I ask a few questions?
1. Is it legal to carry e-cigarette going to indonesia?
2. how many ml of ejuice can I carry?
3. how many batteries can I carry and Do I need to keep them to my check in luggage or just hand carry them will be fine?

I can't answer the questions about Indonesia in particular but never carry batteries in checked luggage. It's potentially dangerous and forbidden by airlines. The dangers are why there are shipping restrictions on li-ion cells.
