can i clean my 18350 / 18650 batteries ?

hey guys just wondering if i can clean my batteries with a 91% isopropyl alcohol
they are aw batteries for my provari
just got my provari 2 weeks ago and tonight i wanna clean everything

I do it all the time for 4 years now..never a problem. I use damp rags too. Just dry them good with paper towels or dry cloths.
