Sure in fact I have a spare room that is all yours for how ever long as you might need..if you wife wants to put this to the test just let me know so I can get the house cleaned up..I gave up on humanity but then I join this forum and I have been blessed with meeting some of the most wonderful kind caring people who gave me back hope and changed my life forever. I can honestly say that everyone one who responded to this thread will stand by their word..

My wife and I had an "enthusiastic" discussion last night after I called most of you folks "friends"
She insist that because I haven't met (most) of you that we cannot possibly be considered friends or even aquatints.

I guess that might be true back in the dark ages, but in todays hi-tech world there are many people that have never met in person that have become close.

After going back and fourth for a while on what constitutes a friend we agreed on a small test of friendship.

If I showed up at your door, down on my luck would you let me bunk on your couch for a couple of days ???

I told here between ECF and my Scooter forum I could get 40 people that would let me crash at their place for a short time.

She does not believe me ....... so here goes

Can i bunk on your couch ???

(PS, I may be down on my luck but I bring REOs, juice, and Batts :) )
EDIT: I'm freshly showered too ......

Sure, as long as you don't mind sharing with doggies like I do all the time. DH and I den with the dogs. He sleeps in his recliner and I sleep on one of the recliners built into sofa. So you can have the guest bedroom (upstairs and away from dogs) or our office bed (but DH would probably wake you up when he gets up during the night to go) Come on over and you can help me, too, with "honey do" stuff.

Hugs, Alice
