when I first switched to vaping I used 18mg, then when I got the Atlantis Tank I had to drop it to 4mg, so my question is how can I dilute my 18mg nicotine to 4mg so I can still use all those flavors?

My first question is... "Why did you decide you had to drop your nicotine level?" If it wasn't because you were getting 'too much' which resulted in dizziness or nausea, my second question would be "Why would you want to?" Almost every purveyor of flavored juices offers the same flavors in a no-nicotine format. So, if you really must dilute your juice to 4 mg/ml, just use 0 mg/ml nicotine juice in that flavor to dilute it. If your question is one of liquid volumes, for every 1 ml of your 18 mg/ml juice add 3.5 ml no-nicotine juice (i.e., your result would be 4.5 ml of 4 mg/ml nicotine juice, since 18 divided by 4 equals 4.5 and if you started with 1 ml of 18 mg/ml juice you want to bring it up to a volume of 4.5 ml to obtain the 4 mg/ml you desire). In practical terms, if you measure out 4 ml (use a syringe) of your 18 mg/ml juice add 14 ml no-nicotine juice to it. That would give you 18 ml of 4 mg/ml juice, which would be a reasonable vaping supply that should last you at least a few days. Of course, you can make as much as you want, but 18 ml seems like a reasonable starting point. Hope this helps.
