I'd think that a soak in PGA(Everclear) would be a safer alternative, then a blow-out with compressed air should render it spotless...but just to be safe, I'd wait on a go-ahead from Rob on this one.
I wipe down the outside with a soft cloth. If I dribble any juice on the inside, I mop it up with a q-tip. I also swab the juice reservoir with a q-tip daily, occasionally using alcohol to clean the reservoir and 510 connection.
I should probably pay more attention to cleaning and disinfecting my drip tips.
To clean my mini, I take out the battery and the juice bottle, remove the atty, and rinse it well in hot water. Then I douse it inside and out with ISO 91% (I think it's 91%) so it'll dry quicker. It dries out pretty quickly - about 15 minutes does it. After it's dry, I reassemble and it vapes like a charm
I don't think it would hurt it but I have never tried it I would clean it with hot water. The only thing that concerns me is the gaskets and the insulation.A quick bath would be one thing but to leave it for hours I wouldn't
