I have been buying my e-liquid off of eBay for awhile now because its VERY cheap (Were talking around $10 for 90ml) and good if you find the right sellers. eBay has a policy where they don't sell any nicotine and I like nicotine in my e-liquid so what i've been doing is mixing different flavored e-liquid with my ebay liquid to give it nicotine, but it mixes the flavor and I don't like that. So on the website where I buy my vapes I found unflavored nicotine e-liquid base. It is 24mg per mil, and its 125mil in the bottle. If I buy this can I mix a little in with my other ejuice and vape it?

You sure can. That is pretty much how it is made. I buy mine as 100mg/ml nicotine base and use a small amount of that(1ml) in my 30ml bottles to make it roughly 3ml juice. I go the complete DIY route, though.
Okay cool, thanks a lot for the help. now with the specs up above how much should i mix of nicotine into a 4ml tank to get around 10mg overall? I wont be measuring it out or anything im talking should i put a few drops or 1ml. Thanks again.

If you are mixing 24mg and 0mg, and wanting 4ml of 10mg juice, you are going to have to put in about 1.5ml of the nicotine base and about 2.5ml of the flavored juice. I have no idea how many drops that would be. If I remember right, PG is about 40 drops per ml and vg is about 20 drops per ml. It will all vary by the size of what you are using as a dropper. I found it easier to just get a pack of syringes and use those to measure out and be fairly accurate.

So it would be safe just to fill about half a tank of 0mg ejuice then just put a little in and figure it out from there?

While you can do it on-the-fly, I recommend scooping up some Leuer lock blunt needle tips and some syringes. They have mL markings on the side so you can really easily see how many mL you're measuring out. You can grab them from CVS or a local drug store (in most places). Mixing within the tank is risky because you want to give your newly mixed e-juice a really solid shake. If you don't, you might end up getting all the nicotine in one hit, or none of the nicotine distributed throughout the entire tank. That'll just be unpleasant.

So I recommend using separate bottles to do your mixes, mixing maybe 10 or 15mL at a time. When you figure out the portion that "hits the spot" it'll be recreatable as long as you know the proportion of VG/nic.

Might be a little more complicated, but it'll be worth the effort. Getting over-nic'd is kind of a bummer.

Totally agree with this. While it would be possible to just mix it in the tank, it is a pretty bad idea. If nothing else, mix them in an empty bottle so you can make sure it is shaken well and mixed thoroughly. The droppers come off of plastic bottles pretty easy. All you have to do is pinch the dropper piece and try to "bend" it off the top of the bottle. It should pop right off. If you arent sure what I mean, here is a video showing it.

Keep an empty 30 ml bottle, and use it for your mix.

To get 30 mls that is 4 mg strength, you want 30x4 total mgs in it, right? Thats 120 mg.
So you need 120/24 = 5 mls of that nic liquid in the bottle, then fill it with zero-nic flavored juice.

You can either get a 5 ml syringe, or "eyeball" about 1/6 of the bottle for your nic. That would be about as accurate as measuring by drops.

So you put 5 mls of 24 mg nic in an empty 30 ml bottle, then fill the rest of the way with nonic, and you'll have 4 mg strength.

Hope that helps!!

(or you could take 5 mls of flavored liquid OUT of a 30 ml flavored bottle, then fill it back up with the nic liquid to achieve the same blend)

He wants 10mg juice, not 4mg. He was saying he wanted 4mL of 10mg juice.

For 10ml juice, you are going to want 30*10mg=300mg nicotine

300mg/24mg=12.5mL of nicotine base and 17.5mL of regular juice that isnt flavored.

If 12mg juice would be satisfactory, just fill it half and half. If not, you can eyeball it a bit below half full with nicotine base and fill it the rest of the way with the 0mg flavored juice.

I still recommend just getting some syringes with blunt needles. It will be a lot more accurate and take the guesswork out of things.

if your using 24mg nic base then you divide that by a number that will give you the end nic level you want in your finished juice.

say you want 6mg then 24 / 4 = 6 so you get the amount of juice you want to make and divide that by 4.
So say you want to make 20mls then 20 / 4 = 5 so you would start with 5mls of the 24mg nic base then add 15mls of either eliquid or pg/vg / flavours.

If your adding the nic base to a 0mg eliquid it will dilute the flavouring amount and also change the vg/pg ratio depending on the pg/vg in the nic you add.

For 10mg of 4 ml = 24 /2.4 = 10
4/2.4 = 1.66ml so 1.66ml of the 24mg + 2.34 of the 0mg eliquid.

Though making 10ml - 30ml or so bottles would be easier.
