I ordered a few flavored e liquids from some vendors ive read good reviews about on this forum and I don't think flavored vapes are for me. I will try to vape some of these again after they have sat for a couple of weeks but I don't think I can finish them.

So where do you guys order unflavored PG/VG with nicotine from?

I was thinking of ordering some UnFlavored Nicotine Smoke juice e-liquid from myfreedomsmokes.com with 60mg nicotine and cutting it twice (15mg nic) with their USP Grade Vegetable Glycerin and/or USP Grade Propylene Glycol.

Are these good products or would you recommend I shop elsewhere?

Im also going to try some non-aromatic tobaccos. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,
-z

+ 1 on the wizard labs. I order from them. You can order different levels of nic in either pg or vg base and you can order the pg or vg from them as well. They have a really great sale right now. Since they mix up the juice per order, they are experiencing a 4 - 5 day shipping delay due to increased orders. They have everything you need as far as mixing and even carry some flavorings in small quantities in case you ever wanted to give flavors another shot.

I am not sure what categories of flavors you have tried, but I know very often when people start e-cigs they see all the rave about flavors and jump into a flavor that is totally different from the experience of taste and smell they had with analog. I did that jump to flavors out side out the 'tobacco' flavor range and my first thoughts were 'not for me' and did not realize that part of the problem was getting used to vaping before teaching my brain to accept other flavors as a way to deliver nicotine. I did try unflavored juice but for me it was like vaping water with less flavor.

I found that tobacco flavor mixed with complimentary flavors was a good experience. I learned this from trying RY4, which is basically tobacco flavor with a hint of caramel and vanilla. I still don't like the candy and fruit experience too much withut the tobacco flavor at least in the background.

I do a lot of creating my own e-juice mixes and that maybe an idea you want to consider, getting a DIY starter kit (I would not buy bulk amounts to start with because if it turns out not to be your think you are going to have jugs of supplies sitting around). Using that and the various online calculators for mixing you can get the nicotine strength you want and the flavor - or no flavor is you prefer that in the end. I definitely would go this way instead of buying a premixed flavorless e-liquid at a high strength and adding PG/VG to 'cut' it. That not very accurate and you might unknowingly end up with more or less nicotine content then you want.

If you are consider DIY, there are some really excelling 'how-to' videos on You Tube for making e-liquid that you might want to watch - to give you an idea of what is involved and basically how its a pretty straight forward and easy process. If you can make a mixed drink you can make your own juice, or so it feels like to me.

Thanks all!

Im thinking of maybe adding my own flavors later but compared to the stuff I have tried so far, I'd prob cut the flavor to 1/10 of what I've tried! Unless steeping causes miracles to my juice I can't handle the shisha like taste for an all day puff. I've only tried 4 so far, and have 4 more on the way that I do not feel optimistic about.

Should I try a mild nonaromatic tobacco like some of the Alhusion stuff?

Thanks again, guys and gals. Great forum here.

Don't know if you'e gonna find a flavor that closely resembles Alhusion, but Wizard labs has a few tobacco flavors and they sell them at about 1.49 for an 8 ml bottle right now. That makes it easier to try a few different ones.

candik - have you tried the non-aromatic Alhusion liquids? looking for something as realistic as possible even if it is very mild.

ive ordered 36mg 50/50 liquid, 1 PG bottle, and 1 bottle of VG from Xtreme Vaping. ill cut the nicotine liquid in half with VG and go from there. ill try the cheaper wizard lab stuff next. im sure its almost identical but I figure ill try both to compare.

cheers

edit: might dilute a bottle of bounty hunter I got in the mail today which is the best liquid ive received so far but a bit too strong and sweet for me.

Tobaccos are actually rather complex flavor mixes. Go for it, but you'll have to sample a bunch. I can't tell you one from anther mostly because none taste like tobacco. However, complexity is often had with "RY4" blends. It's a tobacco like vape, but adds other flavors like nut, caramel, and vanilla. One I tried had some mint/menthol in it too (bleck). You just have to try em. Or see reviews.

I'd stay simple (in fact, I do stay simple). Grape. Vanilla, Spearmint. Lime. etc. Once in a while I'll "mix up something" but mostly I just add a little flavor background to what would otherwise be unflavored. It covers up the bitter taste of the nic.

Best advice I ever received with diy for beginner was buy 36ml and cut it from there. At this concentration it is able to be caped and handled safely. Also you can tell the quality by vaping it unflavored. I ordered some from ejuice4u , and theirs seems to be an excellent nicotine base also. USA made and very quick delivery.

For pre-made, hazelnut or English pipe make great juice flavors.

you should download the e-juice me up calculator. get familiar and plug in the percent you're looking to achieve. I make my unflavored at 70/30 pg/vg with 12.5% nicotine starting with 50mg nic solution. I got the 100mg in pg and cut it with equal part pg to make it 50mg. you may already know all this but just making sure. good luck
