I am not sure what flavors you have coming but I would test the DK Tab, RY4 and 555 if you have those.....of all the flavors out there these seem to be the most popular overall. Who knows one may just "trip your trigger"

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion with me! I'm going to check out that video but I may end up just buying enough cartos for all my juices even if it's a little expensive. Especially since trevor said that cartos aren't the same after you wash them. I just got so many flavors this month to find a tobacco flavor I liked and to find out which vendor's juices I liked best. I don't plan on trying 20 a month in the future so this would be a one time XL purchase! :)

I was in exactly your situation when I started last week, with a stack of cartos and a bunch of new flavors to test.

I picked up a drip atomizer for like $5-6, and drip to find out if I like the taste of it. Compared to the cost of 20 cartos, I'd say just get a drip atomizer and drip tip and save some cash.

I don't know which vid was linked (Youtube is blocked at work). If its Pbusardio's than thats the one I follow. I typically wait until I have at least 5-10+ that are in need of a clean. I rinse them out a bit and then boil them for 10 minutes. Rinse and re-boil a few more times until the boiling water is no longer giving off any scent. Then I blow them each out (after a cold rinse) and take a piece of paper towel and push it into the end to help absorb water out of the poly fill. After an hour or two I toss the paper towel scraps and let them dry on the counter for a day or two.

In my experience this cleans them out fairly well (I'm not really picky). If the carto was clogged or underperforming it may not restore its performance. (But I always try anyway)

Since cartos are only about a buck seventy apiece, I'd label them with the juice flavor and dedicate them to that flavor and keep them topped off. A carto will last up to a week if you use ithe same one all day every day. If you rotate, you can get a month easily from a box of 5 at around $8 a box. Thinner, clear juices work best with cartos. Dark juices that contain sediment (not clear) will hasten the demise of a carto. Color doesn't matter that much. If light will shine through it, it's ok.

Judging carto life by how many days one gets out of it can be misleading. Some folks vape 1ml. a day, others vape up to 10 ml. a day. I think a better gauge is how much liquid you get through it before it quits, or you quit on it. If I can get 15mls through a carto before it quits or doesn’t draw or taste right, I’m happy. I don’t try to clean them. I have, but it doesn’t do it for me. When they are done it’s “well done my good and faithful servant” then I throw them in the trash.

Thank you so much! That's good news! i sure would like them to last a long time!!! I really appreciate you telling me about what to look for in juices that will hasten the demise of my cartos! The 20 I bought so far you can see light through them! :D

Hi! :) Thank you for sharing that good point!!! It's easier for me to figure out how long to expect them to last based on how much juice you can get through them before they fail. I don't know how much I'll actually vape, but I've bought enough to be able to vape up to 6ml a day at a low 6mg nicotine level. So I expect they will last me about two days or so. Thank you!!! :)

I vape Tobacco flavors only these days and I just use the same carto for all of them. :) I buy FreedomSmokeUSA.com... Pure Cig, 7 Leaves and Virginia Tobacco ejuice. I even mix the juices together in a bottle and vape it mixed at times. They're all very light in color juices too which is easier on a carto.

If you use fruit flavors, candy flavors or some wild juice flavors, this probably wouldn't work, but for Tobacco flavors, it works for me.

I vape around 10ml a day and depending on the carto and mod, I'll get anywhere from 3 days to a week out of a carto. Usually 3 days and it starts to taste nasty.

Root beer...gets it own carto or atty. That flavor never goes away. Ever. The same with mint. It's pretty much there to stay.

Good luck with vaping! Enjoy your new toy!

You can rinse them out, boil them and let them dry a couple of days. You can accelerate drying time by either using a food dehydrator or in the oven on warm. I usually lay them on a paper towel, warm the oven, then leave the oven light on all night to keep them warm.

Update: I rinsed my used cartos with hot water then boiled them for 5 minutes, took them out when they cooled, rinsed them in hot water again, and then boiled them for another 5 minutes. When they cooled down I rinsed them in water one last time, blew the water out of them and let them sit over night, battery connector side up. The next morning they were great and I didn't taste the previous flavors except for one...cinnamon!!! I couldn't get that taste out of the carto! lol :)
