Can I soak my clearomizer in water?

Hey all,

I wanted to clean my iClear 30, but I can't get the damn thing apart. Someone suggested soaking the whole thing in hot water. Will this damage the clearomizer at all? Last time I broke a tank I wound up smoking analogs for another month so I would like to not have that happen again.

I just run mine under hot tap water. then rinse with distilled water. and let them air dry. never a problem.

I rinse with hot water shake it out and add everclear100% alcohol shake it then dump it out use blow dryer on high for a minuet
Then it's ready to go

I have a 3ml bottom-coil, short-wick clearo that I wanted to try out a new flavor with but it had eliquid in it already. I poured that stuff back into my bottle and poured some rubbing alcohol in the clearo, sealed it, and shook it around for a bit. Poured that out, shook it out in the sink and let it sit for ten minutes or so. Filled it up and it was fine right away. There was still a hint of the old flavor in their for a few hits but it was gone soon after.

It's a good idea to rinse thoroughly after rubbing alcohol with hot water.
