Can I use a boge carto as an atomizer to drip

So I should have some juices coming today. I think the deliver on Christmas Eve or hope lol. Besides my ADV I have 2 samples coming but only one carto. Have some older cartos that I burned trying my ego twist and was wondering if I can pull the stuffing out and jut drip on it to try the 2 juices. I have searched online and was only able to find videos and posts with 808 threading. Is there a reason I can't do the same thing with the 510s or am I good to go. Thanks.

I doubt that would work. You could try cleaning them out, and using one carto for each flavor.

I recommend that all new vapers keep a box or two of cheap cartos and an atty lying around for emergency use.

Yeah I haven't bought an atty or tried to drip yet and I have 10 cartos but I am new so I have used them to try flavors and they all have different ones. Plus I got a vivi nova, clearo and carto tank but don't want to waste those to try something new. I already cleaned the clearo once doing that.

Also I have seen videos online where people do it with 808s that why I asked. It's probably not optimal but thought it may be possible.

You can't use the cartos for drip testing flavors, but you can use your vivi nova. Just leave the tank empty. Drip 2 drops directly in the center hole of the nova head. (on the coil). Just be careful and don't flood it.

I do it all the time and it works fine. Just be sure to pull the filling out carefully, remove it starting from the outer edge, I use a needle and slowly work one side upwards, go slow. And dont remove the round white wick that is in the center, leave that intact. I remove the filling from all of my used cartos .. because I DIY .. it's a great way to test a new juice. It wont last you for a long time, but it works. You can drip 4-5 drops on it .. anymore than that and it may flood. I have one that I wanted to test a DIY Caramel Cappucino juice in .. and have been vaping on it a few times every day for the last week, I dont use it as my 24/7 vape but this one just keeps working so I keep using it LOL

Every carto I've converted leaks like a sieve, but otherwise works fine. The reason you see the videos for 808 cartos and not 510's is because there are no 808 atomizers. While an 808 user can use a 901 atomizer, they have trouble firing on certain batteries so a converted carto is often more reliable.

Edit: As long as the cartomizer is bottom coil, there should be no issues using it. But an actual atty works much, much better and leaks a lot less.
