can I use this?

Got my order in from Digi-key for an evercool mod I'm trying to do and grabbed some stuff for a 5v mod as well. Could have sworn I ordered a 5v 3amp but I got this Digi-Key - NJM2396F63#-ND (Manufacturer - NJM2396F63#)
Is there a way to use this for anything?
