Can I Vape in New Orleans?

I'm from the Pittsburgh PA area and will be attending a writing convention next week in New Orleans. Does any one know if their are any anti-vaping laws there?

Was there about 5 weeks ago... no significant ordinances restricting vaping. If you're down in the French Quarter about the only places you can't vape is some indoor restaurants and stores... no different than the rest of the country.

restaurants are a fuzzy zone, ask first, bars/grills within reason, bars yes, governmental bldgs ( court/law) no. Public bldgs ( libraries etc) no. open air public yes

I live about an hour away (baton rouge) and I get no issues in restaurants so long as you don't make it obvious. Don't blow clouds, and be respectful if someone complains and you should be OK.
