What i mean by this is can they be picky as far as what kind of way they liked to be used??

For instance I ordered some Dragon's dream from ECblends and I had to let it steep for about a week and today it was completed well i dropped a few drops in my IGO L and it tasted bad and choked me... I decided to try my puritank with the DD and its smooth and yummy??

Is this normal? or is my mind playing tricks on me making me think it tastes better in the Puritank??

It is normal. Some juices taste good when dripped but not in a tank. Some taste better in clearos than they do in a carto. Also, juices have a "sweet-spot"normally, meaning the perfect volts/watts/ or temperature. Certain juices taste good at 3.7 volts but really pop at 4.2 volts...You generally have to experiment with each new juice you acquire to find out not only what device it tastes best in but also what temperature it tastes best at. If you start at a low setting, say 3.2 volts, you can gradually work your way up until you find the sweet-spot...same method applys to wattage; just start low and work your way up.

Yeah, you have to experiment really. I've noticed a lot of juices take 3 weeks or so to really develop. PG/VG ratios have an effect in terms of the devices and wattages that are optimal to flavor production and draw. Sometimes you have to fiddle with your set up to accomodate certain juices or, vice versa, buy juices that work well with your gear.
