Can niquid be frozen?

I didn't think VG or PG would actually cool to the point of freezing to a solid...could be wrong tho, I often am.
You're absolutely right. A PG or VG based liquid will not freeze solid. I have many reagents at work (where I'm a mad scientist, literally) that are in those sorts of bases, and they are stored in the freezer. Keeping them cold slows oxidation and degeneration of active chemicals. That's what the benefit is.
