If you were a smoker before vaping I would find it hard to think that is what is causing it. Personally I was sick quite often when I smoked cigarettes, but have not gotten sick since switching to Ecigs. Since analogs lower the immune system, but according to a studies PG actually helps prevent illnesses effecting the respiratory system. Many people do report some respiratory issues when quitting analog cigarettes for a short time due to the detoxification process of the body, and the change to the intake of the carcinogens and with drawl. If it is anyway caused by ecigs the only possible thing I could think of is an intolerance to either the PG, VG. or flavorings being used.

If you suddenly get sick and it gets worse the more you vape and gets better the less you vape - look first and foremost to the usual suspect: Proplyne Glycol. You can usually kinda tell by observing how you felt an hour before vaping and then how you feel after vaping heavily etc. Luckily you can get e-liquids made up of VG only. Try some and see if your symptoms persist. Many like to point to analog withdrawal first rather than admit it's the PG. But the fact remains that PG is quite controversial to the point where vendors have sprung up around supplying e-juice that is PG-free.

There are some good threads about this. Of course, I'm no doctor. This is not medical advice. You know your body better than I do, and if something is wrong, you should see your doctor.

But most people go through unpleasant things when they quit smoking. I had the quit zits for a while. And some people experience flu-like symtoms after quitting (sometimes called the Quitter's Flu).

Here's a good thread.

I can only imagine there is more good stuff in the Health and Safety area of the forum.
