Ok, I just came across a forum with the title "condoms, .... plugs and white mouth pieces" (remeber i'm a serious noobie here) what on earth are those?!? Of couse, when i first saw it my mind went to the gutter.

Condoms are rubber pieces that come on cartos, and some people use them to fill the carto up with juice. A .... plug is a part of the condom that has a point on the inside that will go into the "...." of the carto so no juice will leak out during storage. A mouth piece, or drip tip goes on the other side of the carto (the side you will put in your mouth and inhale vapor from).
I do believe the title was to draw you into the gutter 
The Condoms are protective silicone sleeves that are placed on the tops and bottoms of some new cartomizers. Some cartomizers also have a small silicone plug in the bottom hole (hence .... plug) and the removable silcone top cap is the mouth piece. Hope that helps but a walk in te gutter now and again is always healthy and fun. Welcome to ECF and happy vapes
