i have sent emails to your customer service email address and have not heard word one.

i need my order and would like to know what the hold up might be.

dont want to be negative, as i have yet to see a bad review from anyone on the board.

Give Mark a call, PMing you his number!! I know that the tracking does not work outside of the USA, I think some of our other Canadian customers know how to track though and maybe they will chime in.

7-11 days has been pretty normal getting into Canada.

Anytime I ordered from canada it took 15 days to the T(granted the 15th day landed on a business day) so I could expect the same the other way.

it's interesting...my first order got here with no problems and was here in7 days.


we are going in on 10 days, so lets see what happens.

the tracking number i got for my first order, worked on the USPS website, but won't work this time...

It seems as though we are having issues with our tracking numbers for Canadian orders. I have my contact at the post office looking into this for me. Please PM me your order number, and I can make sure it is on my list. We have not had any issues with orders shipping to Canada.

I can tell you just from shipping audio components to Canada it is 5-10 days if your lucky.LOL

I order from Canada all the time and normally it takes about a week or so. But every once in a while.... it seems the postal gnomes get involved and it will take between three and four weeks!

Glad your package arrived. Let me know if you find out what adventures it has been on. I haven't had any luck at all asking mine!!!

Same thing happened to me, my order shipped on the 28th, tracking number has never worked on ANY Canadian or US website. Still dont know whats going on!

Those tracking numbers are crap, they're actually only supposed to be for the vendor to know that the package was actually delivered, but it's the closest thing to tracking that is available for that type of mailing. Even here in the states, I've had packages delivered and the delivery confirmation still said electronic information submitted.
