Hi Dave. I read your PM, and gave you a call today about ten minutes ago. The person I spoke with couldn't find you, and thought that you might be in some kind of meeting. He assured me he was going to give my order details over to you and Chad so that I could be refunded.

One of my last orders had a usps note stuck on it that said it had been opened.It was taped closed.I have no idea if it was all there or not because it was a prize from a contest so Im not sure what was in it to begin with.The 3 packs of carts I ordered were there and everything I hoped would be in it was.Thank God!!I was fine with that.In fact I was thrilled to get it!!

I got an order that was opened and taped shut too. I figured Homeland Sec or something similar was looking for contraband. I miss freedom... Oh well. I'm a just paranoid conspiracy type guy sometimes. :|

Just what are they looking for? Good grief we are turning into 1984!

Who knows? Possibly internet drug trafficking? Or just being nosey. Last year they busted a mailman for stealing VA medicine being mailed via certified mail (the kind you sign for) in my city. They said at least 250 vets were effected, including me! Crazy world we live in, that's what I say.

I am very sorry to hear this ordeal you had, BUT this is part of the "Growing Pains" Every company deals with. Now I am not making any excuses for anyone here, but I can tell you Mark or Steve will do you right. ;)

I have had the same issue and when I called, I spoke to Marks wife, and she sorted everything out, came back to me in two days. I do hope it gets fixed ASAP and you recieve it ASAP.

This was a mom and pops store at one time, now it is almost considered a corporate store. Like I said I am not going to try to make any excuses for anything, but they have changed, a lot and they are bigger and better.

I received, which was not V4L's fault, an open bottle of juice that spilled, I called them, and I forgot who I spoke to, but they apologized and sent me another bottle. I was not asking for another bottle, I just wanted to let them know, but they did right by me and other people.

Just keep your head up and if you decide to stay, I am sure other orders are not going to happen like that. I have been ordering for nine months, and had 3 order mess ups and I believe one or two was my fault.

You know Kevin, I also thought that perhaps these mistakes were just "growing pains" as you call them. I just can't seem to agree with that anymore. I've had two orders with multiple issues; here are the links:

May I ask what leads you to the conclusion that these problems are specifically the result of growing pains, and not some other problem?

I've only been doing business with them for about four months. If what you say is true, then Vapor4Life used to be worse than it currently is; am I understanding you correctly?

I suspect it's based on time on the forum combined with a preponderance of posts (or in many cases, lack there-of) from whence he speaks. Just a guess on my part though. I've personally had one order go awry in the last year and change, and that was excessively remedied in one PM. Just like any of this - my experience is anecdotal. Sounds like you're getting the refund you seek and can walk away from it.

V4L has a pretty rabid fanbase. That generally isn't built on screwing things up the majority of times, or even the large minority.

I feel for you, but putting KK on the spot isn't going to do much for it. I'm the only one allowed to lambaste him in public. ;)

I have been doing business with these guys for over a year now. I could have probably bought a pretty good used car with the amount of money I have spent here and I can say from personal experience I have not had 1 bad order with things missing or bad products. Everytime say a battery has died or hasnt worked I called the number on the business card and had it fixed right away with absolutely no problem. There was even a package that got lost in the mail and they sent me the same order and it got to me in 2 days with NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The time I have spent with V4L has showed me how awesome their customer service is and thats why I have stayed with them so long. I join the forums here and see how they are even taking care of people on here! Thats how I find these claims of bad CS and horrible orders missing on here rediculous because they will fix it you just have to ask them.
