I am very sorry to hear this ordeal you had, BUT this is part of the "Growing Pains" Every company deals with. Now I am not making any excuses for anyone here, but I can tell you Mark or Steve will do you right.
I have had the same issue and when I called, I spoke to Marks wife, and she sorted everything out, came back to me in two days. I do hope it gets fixed ASAP and you recieve it ASAP.
This was a mom and pops store at one time, now it is almost considered a corporate store. Like I said I am not going to try to make any excuses for anything, but they have changed, a lot and they are bigger and better.
I received, which was not V4L's fault, an open bottle of
juice that spilled, I called them, and I forgot who I spoke to, but they apologized and sent me another bottle. I was not asking for another bottle, I just wanted to let them know, but they did right by me and other people.
Just keep your head up and if you decide to stay, I am sure other orders are not going to happen like that. I have been ordering for nine months, and had 3 order mess ups and I believe one or two was my fault.
