Just coming back to the forums after a 3 hear hiatus. Trying to get my gear in order

I know there are some tremendous battles going on state by state.

Whats this tax thing about i keep hearing that they gonna raise taxes by 95% on all ecig products?

Can somebody point me in right direction or give me a cliff notes version please ? Now would govt know that my mechanical pv was for ecigs? I mean they can sell these things in parts/kits. - especially mech mods as well as regulated mods where you just have to snap in a microchip board like the dna or another board and boom off you are. I suppose the can somehow regulate nicotine as there probably is less than 250 labs that make it - nicotine solutions-

I dont know - i would like to know more though.

It sounds like you're talking about the tax proposal in Washington state. That bill is dead now. At least for this year.

State legislatures are making some decisions in the 18+ age requirements and anti-indoor vaping. And towns are placing ordinances. The Fed's haven't made and decisions on a nationwide level, though.
