PG is combustible and ethyl alcohol is flammable. All flavoring should be stored in fire cabinets that are secured and electrically grounded. The bottles should also be in secondary containment inside the fire cabinet.
This photo looks a far cleaner and safer then your average restaurant or bakery kitchen.
