Can super heavy vaping kill box mods?

Thank you both for your replies. All three mods were purchased. One from one company, two from another. Humpty, I suspect you might be onto something re the switch. My sister is the one using them and she DOES tend to hold down the button...I bet that's it. She has not dropped them. She loves them and treats them like her children, none of whom she ever dropped as far as I know :)

Boxmods are usually easy to repair if you've got a soldering iron. Just desolder the wires, put a new switch in, and solder the wires back. Or you might just consider giving her something a bit more durable.
:lol: I'm a creaky, middle-aged woman more likely to view a soldering iron as a weapon rather than a tool. Or, as a weapon on a tool :)

Over-filling is a possibility (she only uses cartos). She's been at it a year now, though, so she's pretty experienced at carto filling. She was just so friggin' happy when I gave her those boxes...the difference between them and the 808s she used to get off cigs is night and day. Thanks for the replies and suggestions!
