I have an aspire BDC tank and I recently cleaned it an everything. As a subsitute for hot water I put all my vaping material in the microwave in a little bowl for about 5 minutes. I nuked it per-se. Can that mess up the taste of the flavor? I have tried a few different coils. Old and new and still getting a burnt taste. Is it time to throw them away or is there a cleaning method to save them?

I don't think that a nuke in the microwave would have been enough to clean the coils. Reason being that before the coils were cleaned any metal parts of the assembly would have started doing some pretty nasty stuff.
If you don't have a kettle to boil water with, try boiling the water in the microwave first, then throw all your stuff in it.

Soaking in Vodka or pure ethyl alcohol (such as Everclear) will help more than any amount of boiling.
Absolutely, though not with all juices. A combination of boiling and a soak in alcohol will clean just about anything though. Both are powerful solvents.
