Can there be an app for that?

I'm very new to vaping. Like most other newbies, I've spent a lot of time reading ECF, clicking links, and trying to figure out what's best for me. I've made my share of mistakes. So I got to thinking...

Would it be possible to create an app (AKA computer program) that could help a newcomer determine what PV might be best?

I'm thinking of something that asks about 10-12 multiple choice questions, and then comes up with a short list of recommended starter kits. Maybe it's been done, and I missed it.

It might useful. Or, maybe it's better to let the newcomers actually experience the typical progression of PV devices until they find what works best?

Thoughts?

I still think it's a good idea, and would be helpful. But I don't have enough experience to bring it to fruition.
