Can you help improve this dual microcoil build? (Pic)

This is a dual microcoil build with 28g kanthal wicked with organic cotton. They are six wraps each and measure out to .48 ohms. It's a decent vape, but I think it could be a bit smoother and hit fatter. Do you guys have nah tips?

I build my trident with 28g and cotton too, but more wraps and a smaller coil.

12 wraps per coil on a 20g needle comes out to exactly .6 ohm. Unreal clouds, and great flavor. You might try to get the coils a little closer to the edge air holes as well, I have found that helps with flavor.

I use 26g, cotton, center posted, and go 5 wraps around a drill bit… I can't remember the size at the moment… right around .25 ohms

Looking at the picture....can you tell me where the holes of the coils are facing? Are the coils sitting perpendicular (as oppose to parallel) to the deck? A closer picture would help a lot. If they are facing that way....the length of the leads from the neg. post are either longer or shorter vs the leads to the pos. post. I usually try to have mine close to the same length. Also airflow affects your vaping experience TREMENDOUSLY. Having the airholes directly in front of the holes of the coils may not be a vape you like. Although, there are setups where it could be a good thing. Looking at your build, I don't think it's the vape you're aiming for.

I can't tell if the cotton goes through the coils or lies around the coil... If you actually pushed the cotton through the coil, that is wat too much cotton. I have never experimented with using cotton outside of the micro coil, so can't help you there.
