I do it all the time. Here's how I do it. Seperate the inner cartridge from the mouthpiece with a straightened out paperclip. Dig out the old used polyfil and throw it away. I soak both pieces in a little bit of rubbing alcohol and then rinse with water and let dry. Then from my local arts and crafts store where you can buy a bag of polyfil for a couple of bucks, I tear off a little piece and using the paperclip push just a little back into the cleaned inner cart, not all the way down though. I cut off the excess and pull it back out with forceps or tweezers. I then fill the inner cart with some Totally Wicked e-liquid and push back in the cut piece of polyfil, but not all the way down, leave a little resevoir at the bottom. Add maybe one or two more drops to the top of the polyfil til you see it's soaked completely. Then I put the inner cart back into the mouthpiece and using the paperclip, push down on the edge of the inner cart until it's fully seated and snug. Don't jam it in, you'll feel it get tight in the mouthpiece. I haven't had to buy a refill carton from Blu at all.
Or, you can just push up through the hole in the mouthpiece until the inner cart comes up. Hold it there with your index finger while your other fingers are holding the mouthpiece and just drip a few drops onto the old polyfil. I use a needle to fluff up the polyfil before dripping a few drops of liquid back onto it. Then use a straightened paperclip to push the inner cart back into the mouthpiece snuggly. I figure refilling this way costs me about a little under $13 a week to vape, relying on refill bottles of e-liquid. In other words 2 packs of analog smokes, and I vape my head off.
