Based on what? It handles .3 dual coil just fine
I run my .3ohm build at 45 watts when It's hot outside so that I get a cold vape. Trust me. If I can run a .3 dual coil on my dark horse at 45 watts, the istick can handle it. Now, I do prefer the output of the .5 on my troll at 40-50 watts, and it is on the 50 watt. It's a great device. Great combination. You can run a dual coil build all day long on the 50 watt.

if you dont mind the wait then go to 27256 E-Cigarettes at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping if you live in the usa it takes about 3 weeks to 4 weeks to get the stuff but you could get the istick for 26 bucks and a other mods that are alot better for far less then 120 could get 2 or 3 mods and a few rdas and driptips i order alot from there but like i said if you live in the usa it takes a bit because of customs but the money you save is worth the wait and there are reviews and specs on every item. they have clones and legit mods can get great clones for like 10 bucks.
29 bucks
$29.86 Authentic Cloupor Mini 30W Variable Wattage / Voltage VW VV APV Box Mod - 7-30W / 3.6-7V / anodized aluminum / silver at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

is better then the istick tho the istick is known to have issues

reason i would get thiat over the istick is beacuse you can put you own bat in it and know the amp out put on the bat but building at dual .3 ohms on the istick is not to smart. dua coil is one thing and sub ohming on a cheap reged built in bat mod = bad ideal i been vaping for 3 years and now vape at .6-.5 on a mech mod with a 30 amp constant out put 18650 sony vtc4

theres more to sub ohming then will the mod handle it you have to ask what juice are you using alot of juice changes its taste and above 20 w alot of it tastes like crap not saying it all does but most of it really does suck at high watts but thats just mho
