i got my kgo starter kit today and it came with 6 empty cartridges. can i use them like i would a cartomizer? like can i keep refilling em or are they for one time use?

Yes and no. I mean a cart just holds your liquid. You replace it when the filler or taste goes bad. A carto is an all in one device that will eventually burn out.
