Cana Mod screen issue

Hi ECF I've been vaping for quite some time now and been using ECF for a lot so I thought I'd sign up. Anyway, I have my Cana dna 30 clone (18650 version, running a .3 sleeper build on 24g gplat.) out of the box about a week ago. So far it works great except for one glaring issue... About two days ago I got home from work turned it on to see the screen wasn't turning on, yet it fired. So there is absolutely no display at all. Just to clarify it is NOT in stealth mode because the battery is not showing as well as any of the lock or message screens. So randomly the display comes and goes now. It's very upsetting because I really like this mod and it still works well but now I have like no idea when my battery is going to go etc. Has anyone had this issue or dealt with this problem? Thank you so much for any help or advice given!

I'm not sure about the clone, but the genuine dna 30 chip is only supposed to be safe down to 0.5 ohms.

Mr bothers was doing the same thing except I think it stopped doing that. I will check in with him and come back to confirm

Contact your vendor. This issue has happened to a few, 2 others I know of. They should provide a replacement.

+1^^ Try the buttons to see if stealth mode enables somehow first Just for Sh&^% and giggles The vender should do you a solid and exchange the unit. I am hearing that venders and or Clouper are doing this. Best of luck I have 2 of the clones and both have been fantastic for me. I would have waited for a Real Evolve device, but temptation got the better of me and I'm happy it did.

Thanks for all the advice and quick responses everyone i will be sure to get in contact with the seller and see if i can work something out. I like most think this is a really cool little clone and if this issue got fixed it would be perfect!

Does it work when you lock the fire button? If so, is it in stealth mode by chance? If not.. then contact your vendor.
