[Canada] Afraid my order won't make it?

Hey,

I ordered a lavatube kit with a tank and Nic juice (import banned in Canada) on may 16th. I just realized that I ordered juice with nic in it and now im afraid my order will get returned to you and ill have to wait so long Should i be this worried?

When ordering from Canada there is always a customs risk but the worst that can happen is they deny it entry in which case we can issue you a refund. If you chose airmail for your order, the possibility of it getting denied is very very slim. Do not worry!

GH1 ships the juice separately from the hardware. Very little chance of them stopping your Lavatube. Also I figure slim odds on them catching a small package with juice in it considering all the shipments from China. Have ordered from them twice. Once juice and hardware once just juice no problems. Just realize not going to be there overnight.

I'm in Calgary AB myself, but have never had my juice declined @ customs when ordering from greenhouseone; hope this helps!

so my package has arrived in Vancouver! On Canada post site it says
2012/05/25 05:21 VANCOUVER International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs

Hi Joey,

Generally we separate juice from hardware for EMS orders as they are considered high risk. For Airmail orders, juice is usually not separated as we have VERY VERY little problems with Airmail, I'm talking like less than 1% of the orders we send worldwide via Airmail have customs problems.

To see if your juice was separated, check your shipping notice to see if you have two tracking numbers.
