I was just doing a little reading in the Canada forum. E Cigs are not banned, but juice and anything with nicotine in it is. Having said that, they have still seized even blank cartos at customs. Very strange.

The stinkin government should just fund a study. They want to claim they aren't safe, but they haven't spent a dime on actually trying to find out if they are safe or not. The FDA is just protecting the drug companies, and it's a freakin joke.

From what I've read, she can buy e cigs and blanks, but no loaded cartos or juice that has any nicotine in it. Flavored 0 nic carts are not banned. Having said that, I read about one shipment of blank cartos getting siezed anyway. So, V4L can ship blanks, zero nicotine cartos, batteries all legally, but not anything with nicotine in it. I guess vapers in Canada have to make their own juice somehow.

Well, that's just evil. Oh, Canada.

Last I checked we still shipped to Canada.

Been reading the Canadian sub-forum here - No nicotine allowed in Canada (yet it's OK to get it from real cigs). You can get the e-cig, but it's seems like a real hassle for a newbie to get the juice. Too bad - Canada is supposed to be layed back. Not anymore. And it looks like I just lost a sale :(

How is it some people presume to tell adults what they can and can't do? Canada is, in my book, commiting mass-murder by forcing people to smoke rather than vape their nicotine.

Well the idiots in NY are trying to do the same thing. It's all about the $$$. Taxes on tobacco, sales of patches and Nicorette gum. They really don't want everyone to quit. They have to protect the tobacco industry. The smoking cessation products bring in tons of money and don't work. Even NY state buys patches and gives them away! They use the tobacco setlement money for that. They like it just the way it is... with $65 a carton in taxes here.

Okay - is this a friend? If yes, could you order for them and ship from your address so customs won't suspect - sorry I'm not normally a defiant person, but his just seems outta control

She's a friend, but she's afraid to break the law b/c she flies a lot and don't want to get on the Nazi's no fly black list. So by obeying the law she risks death from cigs. Something is definitely wrong about this.

eh, the no fly/search list isn't too bad. I have apparently been on the search list for years (I believe it revolves around some books I bought on amazon by Hitler and Marx while I was in college working on my history degree). I haven't made it through TSA with out a good pat down in years. Send her the stuff

I've sent some juices to a buddy in Canada, and just labeled the box as containing batteries (regular batteries, not ecig kind). They don't have the time to open 1/10th of the packages that come through, so they only check what looks suspicious.

Just ordered a bumper sticker that says ' The FDA wants to ban E-Cigs but not analogs'?
Can't believe the stupidity of Governments...oh wait, yes i can.

Problem is not too many people in the general public know what an analog is. Too bad it didn't say "tobacco" instead. I'd buy one of those for sure.
