using the same words in the report)
At least 25 studies over the years examined the chemical effects of e-cigarettes, and Carl Phillips, an epidemiologist and former professor at the University of Alberta, who is the scientific director for the Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association says that ecigarettes are “Not necessarily good for you..." and “...we do know enough to be confident that they are low risk.”
Another invoking of 'wild west' where it doesn't really make that much sense. Canada has prohibited nicotine in ecigs. Toy guns? “We’ve ended up with this very ‘wild west’ sort of market, where we’re keeping out the legitimate players,” - how does 'keeping out the legitimate players' compare to the wild west??
