Ack! All I had to see was "Wild Wild West" in the title to know that someone particularly nefarious is involved. I hear that term so often now in reference to the vapor industry that I'm convinced they're actively trying to turn it into a catch phrase so that anytime someone thinks of e-cigs, they immediately think "Wild Wild West."
