Two trips to Cuba with my ecigs, no issues. The resorts don't mind, you can smoke almost anywhere anyway, except right in the indoor restaurants.

I vape in my plane seat, plenty... but I'm VERY discreet - it's a looong flight, so there's no point flaunting it and losing them until you land. If there's an argument with the airline staff, you WILL lose. So avoid that.

If you can see the vapor, so can someone else... it's real easy to hold it in 10 seconds or so, and blow out whatever tiny bit that's left into your arm, into your shirt, down by your feet, etc etc ... be creative :)

I keep most of the stuff (couple weeks worth) in my luggage, in a baggie.

On the plane, one cig, extra atty, couple batts, one 10ml juice. Keep that in your coat though. I got patted down once on way back, and had to explain it because I forgot it was in my front pants pocket.

P.S. I have one friend who picked up a bunch of ecigs and stuff on a trip to the U.S. She lost them at Canada customs. For some reason she "declared" them when asked what she brought back. Duh. Don't do that. (lol)

Why did she loose them all? Except for the nic juice (or prefilled cartomizers etc), aren't e-cigarettes legal to bring into Canada? I thought it was just the nic laced e-liquids that were not allowed?

Probably for the same reason I got hit with a $280 "tobacco tax" once on a box of e-cigar carts. The tiny boxes said "e-cigar" on them, and held 5 carts each. Customs opened em, and determined these really small hard plastic tubes must be cigars (!) and nailed me with import duty of 50 full size tobacco cigars..... What I'm getting at, is it's because lots of em ain't that bright, and you simply aren't allowed to argue with them.
