Long time lurker, tried my first disposable vapourizer. Loved it. Want to figure out what the best model would be to get for a Canadian based out of Vancouver. I saw this unit at London drugs 0 Japer & Jasper Revive Starter Kit - 23225-Z ;Health ;Over the Counter Medication ;London Drugs

Or

0 Smoke NV Starter Kit - KIT101 ;Health ;Over the Counter Medication ;London Drugs

I don't really need nicotine so I was thinking they might be a good easy start? Can anyone steer me to a unit with better bang for buck?

There are a lot of Canadian vendors online. My parents live in Canada and I purchase for them on a regular basis. I told my Dad if he tried it and quit smoking I'd buy all his stuff for him. Well he quit after 40 years of smoking so I'm keeping my end of the bargain.

The cig-a-like kits from london drugs you have here probably have the same draw backs as the other ones. batteries that last 30 minutes, proprietary cartridges and other associated problems. I'm not familiar with these models I'm speaking based on my experience with other products that look the same.

You may want to research some of the EGO-C kits as they do have a few advantages over these and the price difference is nominal for a superior product. The EGO-C's have a battery that will last a fairly long time(my Dad gets a whole day out of a charge) and the re-fills and consumables are cheap. A new atomizer costs about 5 dollars, they wear out every 2-6 weeks according to the manufacturer. You are also free to use your own juice which is about 15 dollars in Canada for 30ml. For reference most smokers when quitting go through 2-4ml a day. Some are more, some are less.

Once you have a few more posts you can visit the Canadian forum and they can steer you to some vendors. I know the guy I use for my parents but they will know of more, and probably ones that are more local to your area.

I'm confused that you don't need any nicotine?

I was able to read vaper's handbook , good old google cache :).

Sound recommendations from reading it, now I just need to find someone in vancouver canada or ships the Ego C Twist.

I am open to spending a bit more for a really good unit but it sounds like there is no point.

EzKill, I dont really care about nicotine. I don't smoke. Only tried a few times drunk my whole life lol. In the past I have used the gum/nicorette inhaler. I sorta skipped smoking and went straight to the quitting stuff lol. I like the buzz of nicotine. I saw my father spend a life time smoking and now the health effects, yellow teeth, nails, morning coughs. YEARS after smoking he still has the hacking morning cough..... Not for me...

I fell in love with vapeing after using the disposable ones. Wasted like 60$ on it already. So might as well buy the real deal. Really good talking point when out clubbing and around town. Like the taste etc.
