msrp are everywhere from autos to lumber that is no price fixing that is suggested retail ever manufactur of any product has the right to enforce they msrp and choose not to sell to those that attempt to sell for less, sure it happen but when manufactur find out they will certainly have words with the seller on this and if seller were to continue then i am sure manufactur will no longer sell to them.

You say this because of your experience with self employment in the retail industry?

i guess joyetech is pretty serious about whatever canvapes has done, looks like they have been cut off by the largest manufactur of ecig that really to bad I was hoping since they were now unauthorize that they would drop all the prices on those products, well at least they have a big store with other products

If one person doesn't want to purchase a product from a specific vendor, let it go.
The forum is here for freedom of choice, not favouritism.

My , It's just a logo. Clone or genuine, it's still just an eGo.

This is a supplier/distributor issue, why are people that don't work for Canvapes or Joytech getting all worked up?
Let them deal with it themselves!
If JoyeTech has rules for selling JoyeTech products, they are fully within their right to do so.
If i made a product, i would like to protect my Company too.
Can't follow their rules, sell something else!

To the OP,
why are you okay with purchasing other products(mostly clones) from CanVapes, but not the "unauthorized" Joytech products.
Your logic makes my head hurt....

Its just that this finger pointing agenda is irritating when we all know that mopar did nothing wrong...just guilty of trying to sell at the lowest price possible which seems to be a crime these days and worth writing about over and over again.

Well, those come with a single battery, a usb cable and wall adapter. But yeah, that stuff doesn't come close to making the price difference.

Asking someone where they got a email sent to distributors, and if they are a distributor is not the same as saying you are a vendor. Am I not allowed to ask questions?

I don't care what company I buy from, if it is a genuine product and it is the lowest price I will buy from that vendor. Why consumers would be upset about a vendor having lower than MRSP prices and try to spread distrust of that vendor doesn't make sense. Yup, a consumer would prefer the lower price wouldn't you think.

I am still interested in where longtimesmok got an email that was sent to distributors.. he may not be a vendor, maybe he is just a friend of a vendor, maybe a non-friend vendor sent it to him, or maybe he found this listed on a website... but if it is an email then he got the email from somewhere or someone. Regardless, I am not the one trying to stir the pot here... I responded to the stirring.

then tell chrome (my web browser) that it is not supposed to see it on a web site, and that it should not have been found through google but yes it is all some ultra secret plan to bring down canvape and joyetech is in on it
