    They’re probably getting to it right now and you should hear from them within 24 hours.

    I haven’t bought from them for a while, but they’ve been responsive in the past.

    I only buy from sourcemore these days.

    I recently placed an order from Healthcabin and had ordered the wrong coils. It took them about 3 days, but they did respond to my email and changed my order. I got the order last week and had the right coils in it. I'd say to send them an email and then wait a few days for a response. I imagine they get tons of emails.

    I figured they'd get back to you eventually. Did you get the order canceled?
    Not yet, they gave me two options, getting refunded with a fee of 5$ or getting all my money back as a "on healthcabin" money. I chose option 1 and am still waiting for their answer.
    Contact them again and if still no reply, you could contact your credit card company. Have you been charged for this yet?
    they replied and said they will refund me, wish me luck!
