I'm sure you could. The issue is making them stick, and then hold up over time.
I suppose you could glue them down, and then paint over them with clear nail polish, like I've done with nail stickers on my batts.
I'd probably start by laying the wrapper flat under something heavy, to help straighten it out since they tend to get bent and crinkled from being wrapped. Then glue them down with a glue stick or something, maybe with a stronger glue around the edges, and paint over with nail polish to give them a little protection from wear.
