Glad to have made peace here :) BTW a little unrelated - I am ordering an ultrasonic cleaner with 30 min shutoff to speed up the steeping (been DIY a bit). PS if anyone hasn't checked yet Rancor posted a good steeping method earlier in this thread - no ultrasonic toys required (it does require labor, time and love :) )

Remove cap AND drip cap from bottle
Put in cool dark area(medicine cabinet or any place it won't spill)
Maybe twice a day or more up to you squeeze bottle gently to exchange air inside the bottle to Fresh air
put caps on shake vigorously for 45sec
remove Caps again
Place back in dark cool area

Did any of you see RipTrippers video he just uploaded on the difference between Steeping and Breathing? IDK about it. I've been "STEEPING" my liquids the same way forever. Pretty much the way Rancor says. I shake em leave em open (no dripper or anything) in a dark place not too hot not too cold for a day or two. Go back shake em up again. Leave them open (no dripper or cap) and I just let them sit there for as long as they need. Could be a week, could be 2.

In his video he says NOOOOO this is all wrong. Only leave them uncovered at the most 24hrs cuz after that we're weakening the flavor and the nicotine. The nicotine maybe IDK. The flavor? I call BS. It's been over a year I've been doing it this way and I've NEVER had a juice go weaker than when I started.

Anyone else? This got me all confused. Not that he's the end all be all when it comes to vaping cuz believe me he is not the vaping God in my eyes. I just wonder if anyone else has found that if they leave their juice with the caps off too long (a week or 2) that the juice actually loses flavor instead of developing.

He is entitled to his opinion for sure. However I have found my method which he calls wrong to work perfect for me. Seems others have as well.

My opinion do what works for you

I agree. I think my method which has worked for me for over a year now works pretty good. I was just wondering if maybe his method works better and I'm missing out.

Heck maybe the next time I get juice in I'll try his method out and see what happens! Although with ALL the juice I have that isn't going to be for a long time.

I'm all juiced out at the moment - HAHAHA...But I know myself and I'll get sick of what I have in a month of so and I'll be looking to order from somewhere. I've been wanting to place an order from Good Life Vapor for awhile -- I haven't in about 6 months...hmmm - their sampler is only $20. SEE!!!

I agree. I wish a chemist would pitch in here (Kurt?)

I agree, whatever works for you. I don't think there is a right or wrong way. I do find tobaccos improve with age, even some unflavored nics do, at least to me. Some flavors are more volatile than others and simply fade with time. I doubt there is a one size fits all here.

Monica I had s bunch of similar clearos. They are nice when they are new. A daily vapor cannot rely on these IMHO.maybe theyvare different from the halo tannks and the like, bit I doubt it. Imo Get an Evod or peotank mini or aspire BBC .. something you can rely on. An Evod and a pack of five coils will run you around ten (authentic kanger). You can get a protank mini for 13. You cannot afford getting cheap stuff I promise you in two weeks you will be upset agin (I hope not)

It's been over the 2 week mark but uh ya about 2 weeks in I was upset. You were right. These stupid fluxomizers suck...all they do is flood and gurgle. I have to continuously blow them out and oh the other day I went to unscrew one from my MVP and I pulled off the plastic and the juice went everywhere and the metal inside piece was stuck screwed on to my MVP. That was fun using pliers trying to get it off. So yep you were right I was wrong lol. Only thing they're good for is juice tasting.

I'm off to buy a cartotank and either a Nautilaus or an Aerotank or geesh a couple of Evods....why do I fight what everyone says I have no idea??

Don't feel bad Monica I spent well over $100 on small clearos before moving on.
As long as your MVP is okay...

Oh yes my MVP & my itaste are perfect luckily. Oh I wanted to say thanks for the link to Mt. Baker for the Evods. I finally did it yesterday & ordered 2 Evods and I ordered an Aerotank too. They have the best prices! I found one other website that compared but I've never heard of it & there were warnings everywhere that they don't accept any kind of returns whatsoever. Really strange... made me not trust them.

Ugh need to rebuild my igo-w so I can get some more juice reviews up but I'm being SOOOOO LAZY. If it didn't taste like burnt crap I'd just leave it & it's not the cotton either cuz i tried just swapping it out. Oh well.

At this point, there's really no reason not to always use glass/pyrex and stainless, imo. I've found Kanger Evod Glass to be best for the price (wasn't impressed with the latest Aero Mini models I tried at Chicago Expo). I found the best flavours in a juice to be whatever is the most natural, like actual plant extracts, not synthetic flavours. Haven't been able to beat Holi Smokes for that.

I was having a real problem with not tasting much flavor, no matter the juice, no matter the company. I sent off for some flavors from Madd Catt Vapor, so far I have tried three flavors, out of the six I was sent(thanks for the extra sample), I finally have found some juice I can taste, this is also direct from the mailbox, no steep time. Sweet Tarts, Sour Watermelon Popsicle and Green Apple. All of them have good solid flavor, throat hit and vapor production. I noticed one person having trouble with the lack of flavor from Madd Catt, I am having the exact opposite experience great flavors I can finally taste. I'll be a repeat customer. Note, when I say flavors I mean ejuice. In case someone thought I meant just the flavoring, these are all 50/50 VG/PG and 18 ml nic. Once I try the other three juices, Ill speak to them also.
