Its going to take some time to search everyone. quick one shows Johnson Creek hiding behind proxys ... BUT have an ISO registration, and made 1.5M last year (I am sure its higher than that, just the Blus deals alone..), and it Shows Ahlusion as Very legit, and incredibly made almost a million dollar in sales last year (is that even possible?)
EC Blends is hard to find anywhere.

Here is the Shocker:

VIRGIN VAPOR website is registered in Panama. there are 3 locations, one vendor and two actual labs around California.
Not listed on yellow pages, and only po box. they reported 100K income each company. why ?
Halo is owned by the Trident Group LLC (NJ) and sold 1.5M last year. SmokelessImage is registered in Florida and made only 200K.

Last but not least, our beloved Mt. Baker : All Kosher and in the open, whether you look for the website registration or the Company tax info. They made just over 200K last year, I am sure it will be doubled soon.
That's all for today, I will try to compile a proper list when I have some time.

I tried the Vapor Lounge last night. they have some interesting stuff, nice mods, place to hang and a variety of ejuice brands. unfortunately nothing to match my taste (they had Mothers Milk which was nice but not for me). I did get some ejuice but its not worth mentioning here - perhaps in the beginning of my journey I would have had a different experience.
So now I can say that I have tried Every vapor place in my vicinity and the only one that is Okay (compared to the wealth online) is Apollo in concord (the factory store). 3 Kingd and he place in CA Blvd are okay, Vapor Lounge is no doubt better, but Apollo unfortunately is the best in the area (well they are a large manufacturing as well and supply the others...).

*** If the California ban on online shipping goes into effect, we are SOOOO Screwed - we will have to form local coops ********
They were also very nice and the place was packed (no issue there is a place there to lounge). I also found out that the place belongs to a friend of a friend :)

I go to the Vapor Lounge occasionally - good crew there, and they have a decent supply of gear.

In Walnut Creek, check out "Just E-Cigs" at Cypruss and Commerical (downtown). They have a great selection of gear, and they sell their own brand of liquids that are okay, and pretty cheap from what I recall. It's basic flavors, like caramel, cupcake, watermelon, etc. They don't have a website, the manager said they're working on it.

However, if you want GOOD liquids, head over the hill to Oakland and go to Tasty Vapor, it's south of Jack London - the directions are on their website. They don't have much gear, but their flavors are some of the best I've tried, if not the best. You can get custom mixes - if you don't like what's in the catalog, they'll make whatever you want. Same for pg/vg. (Not open on Sundays)

Welcome to Tasty Vapor

I haven't been to Apollo, what do they offer there?

There's also the Vapor Den in Berkeley, kind of pricey, but they sell a lot of different brands of liquids. (Tip - it's inside the building, it's like a mini-mall. It's not the soda shop outside) They have a shop in the city, too.

wow thanks that sounds great. It's going to be a fun weekend :)
I been to just ecigs (California ans cypress); nice small shop. I was in a bind and got a Italian made ejuice. Nice little shop totally forgot about it.. getting old here :)
I will definitely put one my flack jacket and head to Oakland (just kidding :)) it sounds awsome .

Apollo is just run of the mil equipment and ejuice. Nothing to write home about but they have cheap equipment and a good stock (it's an entire building), will get you anything, and since I like to inspect so I go there (nelson Blvd in concord ca) to pickup and harass the staff. In a bind they have decent coffee and watermelon flavors but I prefer vg based tobacco flavors, and theirs is 60/40 and their tobacco flavor sucks.Their Clover is so strong it should be banned as a chemical weapon (They responded saying "imagine we had to mix batches of that in lab", they know...); so I passed it on with a warning to a friend.

They also run a double branding (panda or Apollo), and all the pricing on Apollo is 25% higher since they always give 20% off (site20 permanent for Apollo , panda sometimes, permanent discount on ECF apollo coupons as well...).

Staff is okay, all vapers (well psychology majors...)

You used to be able to find them on yelp but someone tried to be smart and got them flogged for spamming.
They are Apollo future technologies, registered under several California companies and all together the made almost 750k last year if I recall correctly.

Their Apollo brand ejuice is made on the location BUT their panda brand is Chinese for sure and neither PBusardo nor myself were willing to even try it :) but again their Apollo ejuice is mostly vapable (they have a large tasting bar, knock yourself out :)).

(sorry for getting off topic guys)

Alice in Vapeland seems legit online;Admin is Nicole Li, Albuquerque NM (go Breaking bad!) just as the site states,
HOWEVER that's where the trail ends. I don't think its a real company. Some digging shows "Lovely Design" on the pone records. this is quite strange (lovely design made just $4000 last year). if you know their Real company name it would help.

Alien Visions are registered in Texas, their website is registered in CA, under Benjamin Labarre
Registrant Organization: Alien Visions E-Liquid. they made 100K last year. The company is registered in Katy, TX, however as per phone records they have locations in Lancaster CA . All seems Kosher and Legit.

Cool, I'll check 'em out soon, I need some bits and pieces. Options are good!

Don't worry about the part of Oakland TV is in, it's perfectly safe - I'd keep an eye out at night, but there are work/live lofts in the immediate area, and I've seen women jogging with their dogs when it was dark. I know Oakland pretty well, I feel more nervous in Jack London Square than I do in that area.

I started off thinking I wanted a good tobacco flavor. 6 months later that is farther from the truth. I'm now into caramel, vanilla, strawberry short cake, coffee/mocha, and even watermelon and redbull

I put together a list (in no order of preference) http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...cussion/458263-3ml-cheap-sampler-bottles.html

Do yourself a favor and try and out some samplers of many different flavors from many different vendors. Its a bit more expensive buying samplers than buying 30-50ml bottles but it's the best way for you to try out new flavors. Some of the samples I ordered I was not expecting to like but turned out to be something a use frequently. Everyone has different tastes and different preferences...but like I said I was originally looking for a tobacco flavor that matched my Camel Light flavor. Since then I've found watermelon, caramel, vanilla, redbull, mocha, coffee, grasshopper, etc to be in the list of flavors that I use frequently.

I often describe it as an epiphany moment...that moment you realize that this doesn't have to taste like your camel light to work. The this isn't half bad...this is actually pretty good...I don't need it to taste like camel lights to work moment.

As for an all day vape...I'm not optimistic about that. I have some that I use all day for a day or two but that's about it. Could you really eat oatmeal for every single meal for the rest of your life. Could you really only eat steak for the rest of your life? The last one might be more appealing than the oatmeal but I'm sure after I while you would want to change things up and have a variety.

With the food analogy you generally have 2 sides, mash potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cheese...I'm hungry if you can't tell. My point is you don't eat one and only one thing. Vaping should be the same way. Change things up from time to time and don't be afraid to venture out of your comfort zone and try something new. A lot of the flavors I never thought I would use frequently have turned out to be the ones I use most...and the ones I thought I would like (the tobacco flavors) I very rarely use now. If I do use them I usually mix them half and half with some other flavor.

Think I'm rambling now but try out different vendors especially if they offer sample size options and don't be afraid to order something you may think you may not like...it may just surprise you. Order a 3-10 ml size bottle for starters. No sense in buying a 30 ml bottle of something you don't like. I did this for quite a while until I settled in with my tastes and vendors.

Hopefully the sampler link above will help you. It has helped me and know of at least a few others that it has helped.

I haven't ordered from even half of those but I still use that list from time to time to try out new things.

EDIT: I was just looking at that link. At first I was able to edit my OP and keep things at the top. As time went on for some reason I was not able to edit my OP. So a lot of the sample vendors are towards the bottom. I think I only have 6 venders in OP after that I was unable to edit and add so they just are continued in the thread towards the bottom.

Since this has been revived from the dead and it seems a few more new vapors are interested I may recompile a list and start a new thread for it? Wish ECF would allow me to edit my post so I could keep everything together in the original post with all samples/vendors in first post rather than scrolling through all the pages...oh well.

Absolutely. You have a solid point there - Vaping, is more akin to culinary arts than a smoking addiction.
However, for those who have just quit smoking, it is a touch stone of stability and psychologically they will look for something stable (a cigarette always give you the same pleasure, always "there for you", unlike the rest of the world).
I found mine, and yes I absolutely believe in samplers as you do (Love them, but still keep the old trusty bottle of US tobacco for my wife's monthly rage :))

Highbrow - absolutely ! my apologies, a US family owned company shall not be overlooked.(BTW its just my bookmarks, not stating anything...).
Some info:
Domain register through proxy (hidden) and couldn't find address on website (just store locator), but they are a Kosher & registered company (100K annual sales) based in CA registered:
556 E Cornell Ave
Fresno, CA, 93704 United States
(559) 492-3196

I am sure I can find it in store around me.
The fact that they make their own flavors is sounds good well; PBusardo was not a great fan of it, which ones are your favorites ?

Can't let your list go without Highbrow on there.

I absolutely love the Orange de Sangre. My two new favorites are Dark Chocolate Mint and Caramel Cake. These 3 I will be reordering for a long time. I have found nothing close to as good as them. I vape 80PG/20VG and get double flavor except on the Orange. My friend loves the Eve's Delight (apple) and has already reordered it. The Exotic Blend tobacco is very interesting for a tobacco flavor (you can order it with a fruit flavor added, I got blackberry, and I bet apple would be great). The Tiramisu was very good, but I think I'd just prefer the Espresso with a custom mix of cream and maybe some Caramel. I haven't tried the other tobaccos as I'm not a big tobacco fan.

I just love that they use natural extracted flavors instead of the same cheap artificial food flavoring everybody else uses.

I steeped the ECBlends open for a week. mine are all VG; so far its not my cup of tee. they all have the same strange base taste. I'll shelved them and try again in a month.
They may be the "walmart" of e-juice but I really enjoy my ECBlends juices.

They are made in the USA, which may ease your mind, but is no guarantee of quality. They have many many flavors, and they offer very small sample sizes so you can try a lot of flavors before settling down on your faves.

I vape green apple from them which reminds me of a Jolly Rancher.
I also like their cinnamon apple and their Thin Mint Cookie.

The Thin Mint Cookie flavor is pretty incredible. You get a nice cool hit of mint on the intake, and you can taste the "cookie" on the outtake.

The only thing with ECBlend juices is that they make many of their juices to order and as such require some steeping prior to using.

I'm also partial to Wowboy from Vapor 4 Life. They have been around since I first tried vaping in 2009 using old cartomizers on a KR8080D battery. Their juice, unfortunately, is imported. But they have been around for quite some time. I say unfortunately in the loosest terms.

I do not automatically equate Chinese manufacturing with low quality. Especially nearly all our phones, tablets, batteries and the like are manufactured in Shenzhen. Since there is no official over sight of any e-juice manufacturer, US makers can just as easily cut corners and use substandard processes as the Chinese. Made in the USA is no guarantee of high quality and sanitary conditions. One just has to read the papers to recognize that. (like that compounding pharmacy in Boston that gave all those people menegitis)

The Chinese invented the e-cig as we know it and I've seen a video of the manufacturing process at one of the plants V4L uses, and it's pretty high tech and sanitary.

A bunch of us gathered in a friends house yesterday to exchange vapes; Anything I got from ECB is just not vapable - other than strawberry shortcake which was okay - unanimous. MTB: I LOVE MBV East Coast Tobacco and JC OAk can vape it all day, it seems I am alone on that. my friends liked the the spurburry, blueberry which I do not. MBV Green Apple and USA seems to be everyone's fav (thank you Rancor); and the "American Tobacco", even after two weeks of open steeping and shaking - still unanimously the nastiest thing ever made :) (bar the crab juice Rancor introduced me to) . Everyone Loved anything Halo makes (really the only guys with an all star lineup). They were vaping some local stuff which we all acknowledged is not as good as anything you get online.
