Let's not forget the other obvious disadvantage.. it's gota chip and that will go sooner or later.

Hey old broad this old man been around a few years now, made my intro to all you fine people a while back (couple years).Four children and a job requiring me to work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week leaves me little time for myself, still enjoying my grand children and reos though. Been off work for a little bit now so I will be around more than I have in the past (peek in once a week when possible).
Oh cool! Let's buy one and send it to Russ (SuperX) and have him stress test it for us LOL
He would try to swap out the bottle or do tube maintenance and whip it up against the wall.
I have a flask and it's ok, I own a couple REO's and for squonking and easy maintenance the REO can't be touched. The flask is going to be a PITA to swap bottles and do normal maintenance.
And for what it's worth I like my flask, I paid to much for it, $335.... no way!
Ok, got my VF Squonker today. It's now been sold pending funds 
I have a regular VF and I really do like it. However it just got back from repair because it fell off my lap in the office and hit just right so that the atty bent the top plate up. It was also had the weak battery issue.
So back to the Squonker...
First thing is you don't want to push the bottle up too far. Comes with a 6ml bottle which if you push in just enough, you can get a fingernail onto the top lip thru the squonk hole and push it back downward. Anything bigger or pushed further in would be too much of a PITA for me. YMMV.
I was on the list for this one before I got my REO. Picked up the REO in the mean time to try squonking while I waited. I'm much happier with the REO.
As soon as the funds clear I'm gonna need a backup squonker.
...how much longer til them Woodville's are ready?
Here's the feed system
The pin goes thru the o-ring and in thru the top of the 510. You then screw the atty down to seal it.
Then you push the bottle up thru the screw hole.

There are many bottom fed mods out there and I am sure there will be many more. The reo has definitely set the bar quite high for the majority of competitors and is no real competition for many others. Just my 3¢(inflation)
I agree, I'm almost a year behind in 'what's new'...........no idea love my REO's

I like the looks of the VF but, if I can not throw my mod in the dishwasher once a month, I do not need it.
I did go off the deep end to buy a Geyscano 50 watt squonk box. The novelty was enough to warrant the seventy bucks spent.Tried it for about a week, then bought another Reo.
